About these terms

These terms apply to the Noviteq website, technology shop, consulting work and support subscriptions. Noviteq Solutions is registered under 2019/005624/07 and is a VAT vendor under 4650288576.

Orders and pricing

Products are subject to availability, supplier acceptance and licensing eligibility. Prices are in South African rand. The product page or checkout will state whether VAT is included. An order is accepted only after successful payment and Noviteq confirmation. Obvious pricing or catalogue errors may be corrected before fulfilment, with a full refund offered if you do not accept the correction.

Digital products and licences

Software licences are governed by the relevant vendor terms. You are responsible for supplying accurate tenant, user and eligibility information. Licence activation or provisioning may make an order irreversible under supplier rules, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Consulting and support plans

Scope, service hours, response targets and exclusions are confirmed during onboarding. Unused monthly hours do not roll over unless agreed in writing. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Work beyond plan allowances requires approval and may be billed separately.

Acceptable use and liability

You must not misuse the site or services, bypass security or infringe third-party rights. To the extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
